Payment Policy

We accept advance payments for catering bookings through secure payment gateways. All payments are processed through authorized third-party providers and are subject to their terms and conditions.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment. Remaining balance, if any, must be cleared before or on the day of the event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of processing and preparation costs.

Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are non-refundable due to advance procurement and preparation commitments.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

Service Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality food and professional service. Any concerns must be reported during or immediately after the event for resolution.
